It is highly likely that, if you have been wanting to breast augmentation, you have been heard surrounded by people struggling to talk you out of the procedure. This is how roughly every woman goes for the duration of when she considers it. The truth is that many women are not pleased with the affect of their bodies. For that matter, there aren’t many humans that are pleased with their various shapes and sizes. Breast Augmentation Photo Gallery

Thankfully, now it is possible to do something in this area it. Breast augmentation, for the most part, is a completely safe procedure. It has come a long way since the days when implants would spring leaks, clump up or migrate to other parts of the body. In the last couple of decades, plastic surgery has come a long way and now you can affect your body just in this area any way that you want to. The question then isn’t “is it possible” but “should I?” And deciding whether or not to get plastic surgery is something that nobody can choose for you. It is your body. Before you make the leap, but, question yourself a few questions:

1. Why do I want to do this procedure? Some women change their shapes for health reasons. Back tribulations, weight tribulations, etc can provide quite a few reasons to consult a surgeon to help change the affect of your body. If your reasons for wanting to change yourself are mostly emotional, consider talking over your options with a counselor. Your counselor might be able to help you identify other triggers in your life that are contributing to your low body persona. Breast Augmentation Photo Gallery

2. Can I afford breast augmentation? For the most part this procedure is considered voluntary and it might not be covered by your indemnity. Take a look at your finances. Plastic surgery is often expensive. Can you truly afford surgery lacking strapping your bank account? Are there cheaper alternatives? While plastic surgery is not always permanent, reversing this operation can be costly. Look beyond your bank account. Can you afford to take time away from work to recover from your surgery? The recovery time varies for everyone.Breast Augmentation Photo Gallery

Will your job still be waiting for you if you need to take a few weeks to recover? Make sure you go over all of your options with your surgeon before you agree to have the procedure done. Are there any other signs that you may have breast cancer besides a lump?

Posted in Breast Cancer on September 28th, 2009 by Admin – 1 Comment

I know to feel for lump/lumps in the breast, but how obvious is the lump? Is it visible and are there any pains involved? I have large breasts and even if it feels like a lump, I’m not quite sure and unfortunately, recently lost our health indemnity. *Serious question-No jokes, please.*

How long after someone is diagnosed with breast cancer do they start treatment?

Posted in Breast Cancer on August 18th, 2009 by Admin – Be the first to comment

So my ex just told me that she has breast cancer, but she is coming to the states (from Spain, shes spanish) for a few months for a job and then plotting on going back to school to san diego in august. Shouldnt she stay in Spain to get treatment straight away? Thank you.

RESPONSE

It varies depending on the health facilities accessible.

She should be undergoing talks over treatment immediately but depending on the health facilities she has access to it may take a while (max 1-2months) before treatment starts. If she Private Health Indemnity it should start straight away and the fund may then pay for further treatment while she is in the States.

It also varies depending on the treatment she has (chemotherapy, radiotherapy and/or surgery) whether she can travel or not. I’d talk to her in this area it a bit more so that if your still willing to help her out you can organise hospitals, doctors etc.

So overall, I’d probably talk to her.
